The receptionist is rude and lacks empathy, very unhelpful. It takes forever to make an appt to speak to a doctor and you can only call between 8-8.30 and 2.2.30 to make an appt. felt very helpless and frustrated when dealing with this practice.

Just a few comments on the situation of getting an appointment to see the GP i.e since Jan 2014, when you introduced the new system of obtaining an appt with the doctor after speaking to the doctor over the phone, I have found it impossible to get through to the surgery as it is constantly engaged and when I finally get through, It takes a long time to speak to a receptionist as the system keeps on.

Initially skeptical about having to phone before seeing a doctor. However very efficient and worked well. Introducing 7-30 am appointments really helps landa based commuters.

The staff always put themselves our, to help. All the doctors are great, and always friendly, even though I appreciate they must be under a lot of stress themselves, especially with the government cut backs and legislation.

On 6/8/15 I had a total hip replacement. 10 days later I developed severe diarrhea and nausea and high fever. The care and attention I was given by Dr Pope was extremely reassuring and beyond any level of care I expected. It supported me and reassured me that I was not alone with my illness and I felt safe in the knowledge I had that support in my hour of need.
